Century-old walls, that tell you stories from lords, kings and knights. Surrounded by nature and mystical legends from the past. The walls, constructed in the year 1296, are still standing and are prove of an eventful history. Start your tour at the Klause on the foot of the impressive ruin and travel back in time. In the centre of the collapsed and partly overgrown walls, you can find a place to rest. 114 metres above ground, 360° panorama view, 406 metres length, 8 rock anchors driven 17 metres into the ground, 70 tonnes of weight. First there was the idea of connecting the Ehrenberg Castle with the Fort Claudia, situated on the opposite hill, for visitors. And so, the idea of a bridge was born. Soon precise plans followed. Since 2014 the Highline has connected the two ancient buildings. And captivates with fascinating view and dizzy height. On 406 metres length you can look down 114 metres to the ground and experience the longest Tibet-style footbridge.
